A 75-minute presentation discussing the core principles of what it means to be "Just An American," without respect to race or gender.

A 25–30-minute presentation focusing on the importance of the concept of camaraderie and highlighting Medal of Honor winner Vice Admiral (ret) James Stockdale, commander of Americans in the Vietnamese prisoner of war camps.

Two formats are available for Leadership Training
Presentation Only: A 45-minute presentation focusing on understanding in-group psychology and how it keeps us from confronting the destructive behavior of those within our circle of influence
An Interactive Workshop: A 45-minute interactive presentation plus 30 minutes of small group workshops, finishing with a roundtable to discuss the results of the small group exercise.
All-inclusive pricing (speaker fee, and travel) is required for these leadership education opportunities.

About Justin American
Justin American is just an American.
He was born on the eastern edge of the American Midwest, in a small town next to a big town.
Justin’s military service inspired him to learn more about what it really means to “support and defend the Constitution,” the oath he took upon entry into the US military.
Now, Justin has decided to dedicate the rest of his life to teaching his fellow Americans, and those who aspire to become Americans, what the Founding Fathers’ core values, principles, and writings can teach us about living in America today.
About Richard Tatem
"Justin American" is a pen name for the political commentator, speaker, and author Richard Tatem.
Richard is a retired military officer and aviator.
A multi-decade student of the humanities, he has completed post-graduate studies in Paris, France, speaks French, and is a former assistant professor of foreign languages and instructor of English at the USAF Academy.
Richard is pursuing a PhD in the humanities and is the author of the book “Interviews With The Founders - the way America is now and the way America is supposed to be”, under the pen name Justin American.
